It is a global community for midlife women (Gen X, ages 45–60) who are ready to recover from disenfranchised grief, rebuild their identity after unmet life expectations and learn to love the life they’re living—through faith, clinical insight and divine accountability.
Grown Lady Business: The Next Chapter Collective is the private community where this work is supported and sustained. The signature eight-week program, M.O.T.H. (Matters of the Heart), is the structured pathway designed to help women do this work in a deeper, more intentional way.
Through M.O.T.H. and the Grown Lady Business community, Felicia speaks to and serves educated Gen X women of color who are navigating:
- Grieving the life they thought they would have
- Life after love—now facing loss or deep disappointment
- Learning to date again after heartbreak (or deciding if they even want to)
- Emotional exhaustion from “holding it all together” while falling apart
- Healing from the pressure of where they thought they would be “by now”
- Women who have been expecting “Boaz” and instead encountered “Bo-azz,” and are now ready to do the deeper work of healing, accountability and intentional living
