Felicia Smith, MA, LPC-S, is an inspirational speaker, workshop facilitator, author, accountability partner, psychotherapist, and woman of faith with a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. With more than a decade of experience in mental health and personal development, she integrates evidence-based clinical interventions with faith-based principles to support healing, growth, and transformation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and Christian counseling, as well as a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Liberty University.

Throughout her clinical career, Felicia has worked with individuals, veterans, couples, and families, helping clients pursue personal goals related to life transitions, love, relationships, empty-nest syndrome, launching young adult children, and overcoming mental health challenges. These challenges include PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, self-esteem concerns, confidence issues, and difficulties with self-love. By integrating innovative, evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including her self-developed framework, The Healthy Self-Love Trifecta—with faith-based principles, Felicia equips clients with practical strategies to heal from the past, manage present challenges, and focus on the future.

Felicia has also authored a communication card game for couples, as well as self-help books focused on faith, mental health, wellness, and relationships. Her personal and professional experiences, combined with years of study and a Christian faith, have strengthened her commitment to encouraging and inspiring others to lead empowered, transformative lives.
